I blogged about Yu Ming ages ago but John O Riordan found an embeddable version. If you’re thinking of coming to Ireland there’s no need to learn Irish. Despite the troubles in the North, hardly anyone speaks Irish as a first language any more!

Thank you for this short film, a breath of fresh air and shows there’s real talent out there!
“Despite the troubles in the North, hardly anyone speaks Irish as a first language any more!”
what on earth has the peace process in the North got to do with the levels of spoken Irish in Ireland. I’m sorry, but that is one of the most stupid single sentences I have read in a long time!
ooc – I’m referring to the nationalistic fervour which grips a large part of this nation, yet we don’t care a toss for our beautiful national language. It’s sad really.
When it comes to Yu Ming is ainm dom definately is superb educational information for your visitors to have fun with. Thank you for such amazing reading!
